Senate President Harry Reid said he’s ‘very disappointed with John Boehner” and says there’s no way the GOP plan will pass his chamber.
“On the eve of financial destruction of this great country to appease a small group of people over there — so disappointing,” Reid said.
He warned that a downgrade could happen as early as tonight.
