In the morning, the President will hold a bilateral meeting with Prime Minister Modi of India. The visit will highlight the deepening of the U.S.-India relationship in key areas since the President’s visit to New Delhi in January 2015. The President looks forward to discussing progress made on our climate change and clean energy partnership, security and defense cooperation, and economic growth priorities. The Vice President will also attend. There will be a pool spray at the bottom of this meeting in the Oval Office.

In the afternoon, the President will hold a working lunch with Prime Minister Modi of India. The Vice President will also attend. This lunch in the Cabinet Room will be closed press.
