A 16-year-old boy was hurt Wednesday evening in an East Garfield Park drive-by shooting on the West Side.

He was standing in the 100 block of Springfield at 8:01 p.m. when a vehicle drove by and someone inside shot him in the leg, according to Chicago Police.

He was taken to Mount Sinai Hospital in good condition, police said.
