Boy, 16, shot in Englewood

A teen boy was shot in the South Side Englewood neighborhood Saturday afternoon.

The 16-year-old was shot at 12:36 p.m. in the 6600 block of South Sangamon, according to preliminary information from Chicago Police. He was shot in the neck and taken to Stroger Hospital in serious condition.
