When Hillcrest’s Taylor Adway had to change jerseys because of a blood stain early in the second quarter Friday night, one of the officials walked over to tell Lemont coach Rick Runaas about the number change.

“Oh, we know who he is,” Runaas said with a smile.

Several of the other Hawks introduced themselves before all was said and done as Hillcrest won 81-55 in what began as a South Suburban Blue dogfight but wound up a rout.
