SHARE 16-year-old boy shot to death in East Garfield Park

A 16-year-old boy was fatally shot Wednesday night in the East Garfield Park neighborhood on the West Side.

Just before midnight, two people walked up to Mysean Dunning near his home in the 3300 block of West Van Buren Street and shot him in the head, according to Chicago Police and the Cook County medical examiner’s office.

He was dead at the scene, authorities said.
