Man stabbed in Englewood domestic incident

A man was stabbed in the chest in Englewood early Thursday.

The 42-year-old was stabbed near 63rd and Wood streets at 1:12 a.m., police News Affairs Officer Ronald Gaines said. The stabbing was domestic-related.

He was taken to Stroger Hospital, where his condition had stabilized, Gaines said.

No one was in custody Thursday morning.
