Police are searching for two suspects after a robbery Monday morning in west suburban Naperville.

The robbery happened about 8:30 a.m. at West Bailey Road and Shepherd Drive, Commander Lou Cammiso said. He declined to provide additional details about the robbery while the suspects are still on the loose.

A vehicle thought to be involved in the robbery was found at Aurora Avenue and Thornapple Road, Cammiso said. Officers set up a perimeter in the area and notified residents that they were searching for two suspects.

Residents are asked to call Naperville police to report any suspicious activity in the area.

Aurora police and Illinois State Police are assisting with the search.
