Amanda Seyfried and Justin Long reportedly have split

Another high-profile celebrity relationship — between Amanda Seyfried and Justin Long — supposedly has come to an end.

That said, there are conflicting reports about how it all happened.

Some sources say the old Hollywood problem — work and distance getting in the way — was the reason for the breakup for the couple, who have been together for more than two years.

On the other hand, there are reports Long, 37, wanted to tie the knot but Seyfried, 30, was far from ready for that move. That said, in the August issue of Marie Claire UK, the actress stressed she wanted to have kids. “I need to get on it. I want a child, badly. … I keep feeling like my eggs are dying,” Seyfried is quoted as telling the magazine.

Prior to dating Long, Seyfried was linked to Dominic Cooper and Desmond Harrington. Long himself had previously dated Kate Mara and Drew Barrymore.
