Man shot in South Lawndale

A 19-year-old man was shot Friday evening in the South Lawndale neighborhood on the Southwest Side.

About 5:40 p.m., the man was inside a vehicle in the 2800 block of South Harding when a silver minivan pulled up and someone inside fired shots, Chicago Police said.

He was shot in the back and taken to Mount Sinai Hospital in good condition, police said.
