Police warn of home burglaries on same Chatham block

Several home burglaries have been reported on the same block in the last month in the Chatham neighborhood on the South Side.

Electronics and jewelry were reported stolen from three separate homes in the 1100 block of East 81st Street, according to a community alert by Chicago Police.

The burglaries happened about 5 p.m. Sept. 9; between 4:30 p.m. Sept. 23 and 8:40 a.m. Sept. 26; and about 12:30 p.m. Sept. 24.
