Man wounded in Park Manor shooting

A man was wounded in a shooting Saturday afternoon in the Park Manor neighborhood on the South Side.

The 28-year-old was outside at 12:11 p.m. in the 7100 block of South Wabash when two people walked up and one of them shot at him, according to Chicago Police. They then ran away.

The man was shot in the right thigh and left arm and was taken to Stroger Hospital in good condition, police said.

A police source said the man is a documented gang member.
