A 15-year-old boy was shot in the West Side Lawndale neighborhood Wednesday night.

About 10:15 p.m., officers responded to a call of shots fired in the 700 block of South Kenneth and learned the boy was already taken by unknown people to Mount Sinai Hospital, Chicago Police said.

He was shot multiple times and listed in critical condition, police said.
