A man was shot Wednesday morning in the Bronzeville neighborhood on the South Side.

About 8:50 a.m., the 25-year-old was working in the 300 block of East 51st Street when he saw a group of people and realized he’d been shot in his right forearm, according to Chicago Police.

He was taken to University of Chicago Medical Center, where his condition was stabilized, police said.
