A man was shot Friday in the Near North Side neighborhood.

The 21-year-old man was walking down the street in the 1000 block of North Hudson Avenue around 9 p.m. when several males in a light-colored vehicle fired shots, according to Chicago Police.

He was shot in the ankle and taken to Northwestern Memorial Hospital in good condition, police said.
