Chicago Police are warning residents of two recent armed robberies on the Near North Side.

The robberies, both of which occurred in the early morning hours, happened March 5 in the 200 block of West Grand Avenue and March 13 in the 1400 block of North Halsted Avenue, according to a community alert from Chicago Police.

In each robbery, two to three men approach a victim, pull out a gun and demand their property, police said. The robbers are described as black men between 20 to 30 years old.
