A 22-year-old man was shot and wounded Saturday morning as he drove on the Stevenson Expressway near Central Avenue.

He suffered four gunshot wounds to his “lower extremities,” according to the Illinois State Police, and was being treated at MacNeal Hospital in Berwyn.

He was shot by someone who pulled alongside in a silver Volkswagen around 6:15 a.m., according to the police, who said the attacker got off the Stevenson and was last seen headed south on Central.

The girl was found in the 3200 block of North Rockwell Street between 8:30 and 10:30 p.m., Chicago police said.
