Man shot in leg in Roseland

A man was shot in the leg Sunday afternoon in the Roseland neighborhood on the Far South Side.

The shooting happened a few minutes after 2 p.m. in the 0-100 block of East 100th Street, according to Chicago Police.

The 36-year-old man suffered a gunshot wound to the leg and was in good condition at the scene, police said.

A police source said the victim is a documented gang member.
