A man was shot early Sunday in the West Garfield Park neighborhood.

The 27-year-old was standing on the sidewalk in the 0-100 block of North Pulaski about 3:30 a.m. when he heard gunfire and realized he’d been shot in the right leg, according to Chicago Police.

He was taken to Mount Sinai Hospital, where his condition was stabilized, police said.
