In the latest edition of the Halas Intrigue podcast, the Chicago Sun-Times’ Patrick Finley — joined by Pro Football Weekly’s Kevin Fishbain — breaks down the Bears’ running back situation with starter Jeremy Langford injured:
A jury of seven men and five women found Kelly, 54, guilty of all nine counts, including racketeering. Kelly wore a face mask below black-rimmed glasses, remaining motionless with eyes downcast, as the verdict was read in federal court in Brooklyn.
A man was taken into custody and charges were pending, according to Chicago police.
Left unprotected by his O-line, rookie quarterback Fields could not be blamed for the Bears’ embarrassing offensive performance against the Browns.
