A man was shot while he was driving Tuesday night in the South Side Englewood neighborhood.

At 10:59 p.m., the 19-year-old was driving north on South Halsted Street near West 59th Street when a male on the sidewalk fired shots, according to Chicago Police.

The man was shot in the left arm and drove himself to Mount Sinai Hospital, where his condition was stabilized, police said.
