A 49-year-old man was seriously wounded early Sunday in a Park Manor shooting on the South Side.

He was shot multiple times about 12:30 a.m. in the 7200 block of South Evans, according to Chicago Police.

The man was taken in serious condition to Christ Medical Center in Oak Lawn, police said.

The woman, 31, was pronounced dead at the scene by fire officials, police said.
