A 50-year-old man was found stabbed to death Tuesday evening in the West Rogers Park neighborhood on the Northwest Side.

Anthony Houston was found unresponsive with a stab wound to the neck about 5:45 p.m. in the 2500 block of West Fitch and was pronounced dead at the scene, Chicago Police and the Cook County Medical Examiner’s Office said.

An autopsy Wednesday found Houston, who lived in south suburban Chicago Heights, died of multiple sharp force injuries and his death was ruled a homicide, the medical examiner’s office said.

A person of interest was being questioned in connection with the fatal stabbing, police said.
