Customers who need to return equipment to Comcast need to go only as far as the nearest UPS Store.

Comcast and The UPS Store have teamed up so Xfinity customers can drop off equipment free of charge. The UPS Store will process the return, pack and ship the equipment to Comcast.

So, equipment returns may now be done at the roughly 500 Xfinity Stores or 4,400 UPS Stores.

“This is all about convenience for our customers,” said Tom Karinshak, Comcast Cable’s senior vice president for customer service. “The process is super simple and will streamline equipment returns.”
