Lincoln Weeps: Mauldin’s famous JFK cartoon

On November 23, 1963, as the nation mourned its fallen president, the Sun-Times’ Pulitzer Prize-winning cartoonist Bill Mauldin published what would become one of his most iconic works: the Lincoln Memorial weeping over Kennedy’s death.
