Here’s a look at the latest voter turnout numbers from the Chicago Board of Election Commissioners, which are being updated throughout the day.

The final results from 8 p.m. show that a whopping 9.76 percent of eligible voters have cast a ballot.

Ward 16 gave democracy a bad name, with a paltry 5.62 percent turnout. Ward 19 had the biggest turnout, with 20.63 percent of registered voters casting a ballot so far.
