Bank robbery reported in Streamwood

A bank was robbed Monday afternoon in northwest suburban Streamwood.

The robber targeted a BMO Harris Bank branch at 185 W. Irving Park Rd., the FBI said in a statement.

Authorities have not released additional details about the robbery, which happened about 1:15 p.m., the FBI said.

A photo of the suspect was expected to be released.
