A man was shot while driving Monday in Englewood on the South Side.
The 63-year-old was driving at 12:39 p.m. near 68th and Peoria Streets when he heard gunshots and felt pain, according to Chicago police.
He drove himself to St. Bernard Hospital with a gunshot wound to the back, police said. His condition was stabilized.
Officers are still trying to locate a crime scene, police said. Area South detectives are investigating.
