Chicago police are warning Southwest Side residents of home burglaries reported in recent weeks in West Elsdon and West Lawn.

The burglaries happened:

  • About 12:30 a.m. Feb. 16 in the 4000 block of West 58th Place;
  • About 9:30 p.m. Feb. 21 in the 5900 block of South Kostner Avenue;
  • About 11:45 p.m. Feb. 23 in the 5800 block of South Tripp; and
  • About 7 p.m. March 2 in the 5800 block of South Kostner Avenue.

Police did not provide a description of any suspects.
