A person was wounded in a shooting on the Dan Ryan Expressway on the South Side Saturday morning.

The incident happened just before 3 a.m. in the southbound lanes of Interstate 94 near 95th Street, according to Illinois State Police.

One person was taken to a hospital with injuries that were not considered life-threatening, state police said.

All southbound lanes of I-94 near 95th were closed until 4:18 a.m. while authorities investigated, state police said.
