Pharmacy robberies reported in Northwest Side: police

In each incident, a man shattered the glass window of a business and took pharmaceuticals and medicine before fleeing the scene.

Chicago police are searching for a man in connection to a string of pharmacy robberies in the Northwest Side.

In each incident, a man shattered the glass window of a business and took pharmaceuticals and medicine before fleeing the scene, Chicago police said.

The robberies happened:

  • July 13 in the 3300 block of North Pulaski Road,
  • July 13 in the 5900 block of North Cicero Avenue,
  • July 13 in the 6200 block of West Higgins Avenue, and
  • July 17 in the 4000 block of West Irving Park Road.

The man is between 5-foot-8 and 5-foot-1, according to police.

Anyone with information is asked to call Area Five detectives at 312-746-7394.
