A 16-year-old girl who was reported missing from Humboldt Park on the Northwest Side has been located.

Carmen Velásquez was last seen March 26 in the 4200 block of North Kamerling Avenue, according to a missing person report from Chicago police.

Police on Monday said she was found safely.
