Biden in 2016? Trip to New Hampshire likely to fuel speculation

Polls measuring support for 2016 consistently indicate Biden falls behind former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton at a distant second place. In a CNN/ORC International Poll released earlier this month, for example, Clinton came in with 64% compared to 13% for Biden among Democrats. Clinton says she still hasn’t decided on whether she’ll pursue another campaign, but Biden said her decision won’t be a factor in his own consideration.
