Is Joe Biden going to launch a presidential run? With Friday’s announcement that he’s heading to New Hampshire next week, it’s likely to fuel speculation.

Biden will be at an event highlighting workforce development and job training, CNN reports.

The vice president has said he won’t rule out a run and on “The View,” said “I just truly haven’t made up my mind.”

Polls measuring support for 2016 consistently indicate Biden falls behind former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton at a distant second place. In a CNN/ORC International Poll released earlier this month, for example, Clinton came in with 64% compared to 13% for Biden among Democrats. Clinton says she still hasn’t decided on whether she’ll pursue another campaign, but Biden said her decision won’t be a factor in his own consideration. Whether she runs or not will not affect my decision, he said.
