President Obama speaks with Putin on Ukraine

President Obama spoke with Russian President Vladimir Putin for about an hour Thursday afternoon regarding the ongoing conflict in Ukraine.

President Obama proposed direct talks between Ukraine and Russia as well as the inclusion of international monitors to ensure human rights were being protected.
