A man was shot and critically wounded on Monday night in the Rosemoor neighborhood on the Far South Side.
About 9:35 p.m., the 20-year-old was walking in the 10300 block of South Vernon when he heard gunfire and realized he’d been hit in the thigh and foot, according to Chicago Police.
He was taken to Christ Medical Center in Oak Lawn in critical condition, police said. No one was in custody.
