Police are searching for a 12-year-old boy who disappeared Wednesday from the Northwest Side Irving Park neighborhood.

James Porch was last seen in the 4100 block of North Elston, according to a missing person alert from police. He “tends to keep walking until stopped” and may be sad and confused, police said.

James is described as a 5-foot, 150-pound boy with a light complexion, black hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a black, red and white camo shirt and gray shorts.
