SHARE ESPN experts overwhelmingly tab Jabari Parker as favorite to win rookie of the year

Simeon product Jabari Parker is the nearly unanimous pick to win NBA rookie of the year by an ESPN panel of experts.

Parker, who was the second overall pick in the 2014 draft by the Milwaukee Bucks, received 22 votes from the 28-member panel. Julius Randle, Marcus Smart and Nerlens Noel received two votes apiece.

Parker averaged 15.1 points and 6.3 rebounds in seven preseason games.
