Cary-Grove wins Consolation A bracket at Hinkle Holiday Classic

ALGONQUIN – Cary-Grove did not expect anything was going to come easy against Carmel, even when it all looked so effortless in the first 12 minutes as the Trojans built a 24-point lead.

“We played them earlier and had a big lead and they made a huge comeback,” Trojans center Trevor Ruhland said. “We knew they’d come back at us.”
