Vanity Fairmagazine has released the annual International Best-Dressed List for 2014 — a collection of some of the planet’s most famous names, faces and, of course, fancy wardrobes.
Making the list for the second time is Oscar winner Cate Blanchett, joined by first timer, and fellow Academy Award winner Lupita Nyong’o. Also on the list for the second time is Pharrell Williams who told Vanity Fair his style icon is none other than Johnny Depp.
Since she has been named to the list four previous times, Catherine, the Duchess of Cambridge, and wife of the future king of England, Prince William, has been named to the International Best-Dressed List’s Hall of Fame, now that she’s been tapped five times for this honor.
Also going into the list’s Hall of Fame is designer Karl Lagerfeld.
Among the first timers on the list is actor Neil Patrick Harris, who quipped that “I spend a lot of time trying to track down wonderful underwear,” when asked about his favorite item of clothing.
More first timers included Benedict Cumberbach, Idris, Elba, Michelle Dockery, Emmy Rossum and Emma Watson.
Representing the world of art is first time list member Jeff Koons. The royals making the list were Crown Princess Mary of Denmark, Queen Maxima of the Netherlands and the King of Bhutan.
