Obama schedule, guidance, Sept. 10, 2014 — ISIS speech tonight

Updated...WASHINGTON — President Barack Obama outlines his strategy to battle the ISIS or ISIL threat during a prime time speech on Wednesday evening to start at 9 p.m. ET. Today, Secretary of State John Kerry is in Baghdad as the U.S. continues to forge an international coalition and stabilize the Iraq government.
