It’s hard to forget about a 6-foot-10, 240-pound center, but Oak Forest coach Matt Manzke felt his team had recently gotten away from running its offense through Kyle Flanagan.

“We’ve really been making a concerted effort to get back to doing that,” Manzke said. “If we get the ball inside to Kyle and go from there, good things happen. He starts drawing double teams and that gets our shooters open shots.”

Flanagan was fed early and often Tuesday night and it paid off as he finished with 23 points and 13 rebounds to help the host Bengals hand T.F. South a costly 57-48 South Suburban Blue loss.
