A man who had been shot multiple times walked into a South Side hospital Wednesday morning.

The 29-year-old man walked into Saint Bernard Hospital at 326 W. 64th St. about 10:30 a.m. with gunshot wounds to the hip and back, police said.

The man told investigators he was shot in the 6300 block of South Artesian, but no crime scene was found, police said.

His condition was stabilized.
