A 28-year-old man walked into a Far South Side hospital Tuesday evening with a leg wound from a Washington Park neighborhood shooting.

He took himself to Roseland Community Hospital about 6:30 p.m., where his condition was stabilized, police said.

The man told investigators he had been shot in the 5900 block of South Calumet, police said. Details on the circumstances of the attack weren’t available early Wednesday.
