A 25-year-old man was shot in the back shortly after noon Saturday near 114th and Church in Morgan Park on the Far South Side.

The wounded man was able to get to Roseland Community Hospital on his own, according to the police.

The men, 18 and 20, were in the 1800 block of West Monroe Street about 9:20 p.m. when two people got out of a light-colored sedan and fired shots. They were hospitalized in fair condition.
