A 10-year-old girl who was dropped her off at her Austin neighborhood school Friday has been reported missing.

Alliah Alexander was dropped off at George Leland Elementary School, 512 S. Lavergne, about 7:45 a.m., according to a statement from Chicago Police. Police believe Alliah may be in the company of her biological mother, Amy Diaz, who has scheduled supervised visitation with her.

Alliah is a 5-foot-2, 95-pound Hispanic girl, with brown eyes, brown hair and a light complexion, police said.

The girl might be in the area of Jonquil Terrace and Paulina on the North Side, police said.
