The readers and critics of the Chicago Reader weigh in on the best things they ate, drank, saw, and did in Chicago in the past year as part of the annual “Best of Chicago” competition.

Everything from the Best Hot Doug’s Stand-In and the Best Hidden Bookstore, to the Best Punk-Rock LGBTQ Night and the Best New Tech Development to Make Your Mouth Water, and just about everything in between, is featured.
