Jimmy Butler and Derrick Rose brought their dueling hairdo battle to NBA Media Day on Monday.

Butler was asked why he thinks his popularity within NBA circles has risen so drastically from the beginning of last year.
He gave the obvious answer.

Of course, when it was Rose’s turn to answer questions, he came out with a hairdo that looked a lot like the one sported by No. 21.

Butler and Rose both scoff at the notion of a rift between them, but it will be interesting to see how things play out in 2015-16 as Butler has elevated himself to an even higher level heading into this season.
