A bipolar man also suffering from Schizophrenia was reported missing from west suburban Northlake Monday.

According to an alert from Illinois State Police, David R. Johnson, 60, went missing from the 0-100 block of King Arthur Court. He has not been heard from since Jan. 27.

Johnson, who police said has previously made threats of suicide, is a white man who stands 5-foot-8 and weighs 230 pounds. He has brown hair and blue eyes.

Johnson drives a white four-door 1999 Toyota Camry with Illinois license plate Z233096, police said.

Anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to call Northlake police at (708) 531-5755.
