Jason Heyward shares who he’s rooting for in Super Bowl 50

Bears connections have many Chicagoans rooting for the Panthers tonight, and new Cubs outfielder Jason Heyward is among them – though for a different reason.

Heyward tweeted out his Super Bowl pick during the game.

Heyward knows how hard it is to reach a championship game. He has yet to win a playoff series during his six-year MLB career.

After a rough start, Carolina has held Denver to three consecutive three-and-outs and trails 10-7 midway through the second quarter.
