U.S. Sen. Ted Cruz, R-Texas, won nine of 12 Republican delegates that were at stake Saturday in Wyoming, and Marco Rubio won the Republican presidential caucuses in Washington, D.C.

In Wyoming, Republicans held caucuses to select the state’s first 12 presidential delegates and will choose 14 more delegates at their state convention in mid-April.

Cruz was the only active Republican candidate to have campaigned in the state, which will bring a total of 29 delegates to the national convention this summer.
